Women's Home Mistakingly Auctioned Off

This is unbelievable! A "clerical error" has caused a family in florida to be evicted from their home, their possessions were thrown out on the lawn, their home was auctioned off and sold, and well.....it was a clerical error!!!

Hi, Koriana. That is so messed up!
I was unable to view the article, the page was not found! If that had to have been me, they would have been paying up some money into my hands! Everything was taken away! This is so sad! And so many things were lost and taken away! She may have had all of her life history and possessions all in this home! This is very sad! This bank, better hope, they will be standing on their foundation after this woman gets through with them!
This was a bad error, and one that the bank cannot fix!

That must have been very upsetting for the lady to have her house auctioned off. It was a clerical error so the ones responsible will be sued. If that happened to me I would sue because of all the bother and upset. Good luck to the lady. Maybe she will get lots of money and be able to buy a much better house.
