I am a chinaes girl, 17 years old this year, i would like to get acquainted with forgien friends, you can learn from each other, chatting................Can we do that?

If you chat with people on here and get to know them, you will eventually find somebody to chat with you (I assume you're talking about MSN or Yahoo). Most people aren't going to give out their chat ids until they decide that you're OK though.

I think you're missing the point here. The point is that I don't know you and I don't chat with people I don't know. Get on here, get to know people, THEN exchange information with them.
