Confused with PTC!!!

Hey today I join in a PTC site, that is high paying PTC site... It name is getrichptc. But i am confused about that site... Because I can not understand that site is really good or scam... If any one experienced with this site please share it here, then it is very helpful for the people like me.... thanks
