Problem with Itunes

A while ago I purchased 2 TV series off of Itunes. But when I downloaded them it stopped half way through because I didn't have enough space left on my computer. I wasn't too bothered as I knew that I was getting this one soon so I left it. So I put everything on Itunes on my new Mac and all my purchased things are transferred over. But when it says to download my available downloads it doesn't come up with everything. I tried downloading them today and it only downloads one episode of each series. I am totally confused because when I try and purchase them from the main store it says I have already purchased it!! Where have they gone?!!

You could look under recent downloads and see if they might be there. Does Itunes give you an email with a code for every purchase you make? If so and you really can't find them on your computer at all I would contact them and explain what's happened. If they send an email and you have that proof of purchase they will should send you the selection you've purchased. I don't think they will credit you though, because some would take advantage of this, and buy another selection getting it free. But I'm pretty sure they'll help you out. I know you said you've looked but I would just double look in your Itunes library just to be sure it wasn't delayed in showing in your list. Check your recent downloads, (if you have more then one user check all recent downloads under each user) If you can't find them in either place I would deffinatly contact them. I'm sure they would be more then happy to help you resolve this for you. :)
