Do avoid work in your work place??

My dear friends, How good are you as an employee in your workplace, do you sincerely work, do the task given to you even when the boss is not around, complete all your jobs without your supervisor reminding you a hundred times, go an extra mile to do a value added service and take up solving a problem which actually doesnt concern your department or are you a person who will try to avoid work as much as possible, will wait till the last minute of the deadline given then start work, will see if others help you to do your work and expect them to do for you, ignore if there is problem in front of your eyes which doesnt concern you... I am the first category precisely because I like to work, I dont like to laze around during my working hours, I would rather do something productive or go back home that gossip or waste time... And I guess all the employers will want their employees to be like the first category.... How about you, how good are you as an employee?
