Where have you woken up?

Passed out - Asleep in a strange place

Okay...Who has done this? Had a little too much too drink and one thing led to another...And the rest is a blur...The next morning you wake up in your own bed or someone’s else’s bed or worse some place you don’t even recognise! I heard a young man on the radio tell the story of waking up in his ex girlfriend’s mother’s bed (she wasn’t an ex until then!) and upon realising what he may have done and attempted to get out of there as soon as his hung over legs could carry him, he looked out of the window and saw his Utility parked in the driveway with all its windows smashed and the tyres slashed. I guess it may have been at that point that the girlfriend decided to become his ex! I have been fortunate enough to wake up alone but with no recollection of how I got there and yes I have woken up in strange places on the odd occasion. Those days are long over for me thankfully and it is amusing to look back on now but they were embarrassing at the time especially if, like me, you don’t handle alcohol all that well. Have you ever woken up in a strange place or with a stranger? Do share...Please...I won’t tell anyone...Honest...

Thankfully, I've never woken up next to someone lol But the weirdest place I've woken up would have to be when i woke up in the neighbor's garage, i had somehow managed to get in there and fell asleep on top of their car! 0.o fortunately, my neighbors and i got along really well and we all laughed about it. Sense then, I've stopped at 3 glasses no matter what is going on.

On top of the car? How on earth...? (LOL) It is good that we can laugh about incidents like this and learn not to overindulge in the future! Thanks for sharing LilDemonlady!

nope, never done it, honestly - the one time I got drunk was the night the 2 guys decided to try and carry me to a car - I assume to rape me - and I kicked myself free and got back to the dorm, then I was up from 4 a.m. puking my guts - that was MORE than enough to convince me I NEVER wanted to be drunk again.

OMG! ElicBxn, that's horrible! What a terrifying experience that must have been! A lesson well learnt...I know we all joke about our drunken experiences and the majority consist of harmless incidents but there is a very serious side to being too inebriated, safety, drink driving etc. I am sorry that happened to you, it is awful and a good story to tell young people wanting to go out and get plastered. Thanks for sharing, I appreciate it!

I tell you what, now that I am older and wiser I can honestly say that is the best way to go. I hardly drink these days and it is much nicer to remember everything, besides I am the type of person who can have a wild time and be stone cold sober! Thanks angelparis!
