Three hundred thousand a year of young girls?

Statistics reported that in America alone, three hundred thousand teen-age girls had either been victimized or willingly resorted to the flesh business as a way of living each year. Many had been forcibly seduced to the trade. Yet many still have looked at the business as a natural recourse because they have to earn some bucks for their tertiary tuition fee. The moral standards is in a predicament here. But never mind that at the moment. With the prevalence of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome that had threatened lives as early as the 80's, young people should have been wary. Or had they been born with the disease as a given and they have just have to contend with it. America is in chaos about health care right now. Could they be missing important issues that must be attended with urgency, too?
