Alert Pay Question?

I am presently registering myself with Alert Pay, but there is this question I don't know the answer. What is the meaning of Third Party? I don't know how to fill up other questions there. Third Party is Mylot? or my other online. Anything you can share about Alert pay because I am totally lost. Thanks for the response.

Have to admit I have an Alert Pay account but in the several years since signing have never used it so afraid no help at all to you here. I would think that 3rd party would be myLot or who every you want pay from but honestly don't know.

I don't know. that must be something new, i haven't used my alertpay account for a long time.before, i even send some ID's and Bills but you know it wasn't approve, it's hard so i gave it up. I prefer Paypal Instead
