Death Note: What a way to kill criminals

Have you seen this? It's very popular these days specially to teens. I was able to see it because I was really wondering what it was, and why it was so popular.
Light, the character in the story was a bit frustrated by the justice system. He found this Death Note that he was able to use in killing criminals that were not prosecuted. It's weird because by just looking at the face and writing the name, the person will be dead in a few seconds by heart attack.
Ryuk, the reaper looks scary. L, the young investigator looks very weird wearing the black eye liner.
Well, I finished watching

know what, this movie is incredible, it is far different from any kind of action thriller movie, why? because this movie tell about war between good and evil while in each main character L and Yagami, there is no boundaries of good and evil, everything is judged by their own party, well until the end i still believe that yagami and ryuki is doing something good while L is the evil on :)

I have read the whole manga. It's fricking fantastic. The human mind was shown in such a maniacal crazed way which is 10 times better than any other fiction thriller. The story is good, the art is wonderful and the characters are unbelivable

I have watched this movie last year.
It is a really very nice movie with good storyline.
This movie also got really popular here last year and there are posters of it almost EVERYWHERE. Lol.
