Colloquially, anyone has made mistakes, someone also says, mistake itself isn't horrible, it's fearful to admire the mistake, admitting it means you think you are a failure. Maybe you lose the big customer of your company, or you neglect a key point when you dealing with that big project, even everyone wants for you to pick up someone, you are forgetting, actually you promised to do. Anyway, there is someone appoint you, but eat your words. Now you must face them frankly, facing these situations, your instinctive action is'escaping then covering up',trying to exculpate yourself from the trouble. considering the serious degree of the situation, you may lose your job, or losing friendship and position, even your reputation. All these will be the obstacle of admitting the mistakes to your boss, friends and family. Or will you dare to admit the mistakes?

To be honest, I don't really have much of a problem to admit that I made a mistake, that I did something wrong, or that I was wrong. It's not always easy to admit some mistakes that I've made, but I can still admit it to myself, as well as others, that I made a mistake. I can understand that it may not necessarily be easy for everyone. It's not always easy to do so. But it's just not a problem that I really have.
