Roses and Candles Dance

My niece will be celebrating her 7th birthday and i am organizing a party for her. I want it to be memorable for her. I am thinking of including roses and candles dance, somehow like in 18 roses and candles, but this time the number is 7. I would also like to include 7 symbolic treasures where i will appoint, close relatives and godparents to wish for her. All of this are now planned but i still need to know what might people think, whether it is appropriate or not. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
