beware of pop up windows and adwares

If you surf the internet regularly make sure that you update your anti-virus program regularly, and do a anti-virus full scan on your pc at least once a week.
You may not notice it but your computer is already infected by a virus, just like what happened to me. I didn't know it, my anti-virus didn't detect it even though I just updated it 4 days ago. My instinct told me to run a full scan immediatley after all my mozilla tabs and windows closes suddenly. Bingo! a virus has been detected. It came from a pop up window, I believe it came from gaming harbor coz my anti-virus says it's a gaming harbor adware.
Beware of pop ups.

My antivirus program is updated daily so I don't worry about spywares, viruses, worms, trojans and other malicious programs on the internet. Bceause of long scanning process, I just use customized scan or windows scan with my antivirus programs since viruses and spywares mostly affect the windows system folder and documents folder.

Nice advice, I usually track my browser or any process in my connection and have anti-virus which updated. I can see what address have been access through my provider, and sometimes show up unnecessary address in the list so I am will not allowed dangerous pop up windows on my computer.
