How long do you think human race is going to survive on earth????

Every one would be aware of the recent pandemic swine flu, we know its spreading like an epidemic. however careful you become, it would affect everyone, if no cure is found.lets pray to god that its cure is found by a medical marvel.
There is another big threat as to depletion of the natural resources of energy(coal, petrol etc). alternative sources have been found out, but will that take care of a populations needs, doubtful. Helping these are the terrorist attacks and thousands of accidents on road, air disasters all over the world and ships go sinking, rebel attacks, communal violences, typhoons, tornadoes, hurricanes, volcanoes, earthquakes, tsunami, crimes and other existing diseases and every country bulding WMD's in their defence arsenal. These things are not in the hands of a general human being. no one can stop these things, but can stop from being part of it(crimes).
I am feeling that the end of world is nearing us, we might live our lives till we die, but the generations following us....????

All the factors you have mentioned might lead to the downfall of the human race.But the point i want to make is having been made aware of our shortcomings there should be a global campaign by those people who are in a position to influence people at large to mend their ways so that the generations to follow can also glimpse the wonder of life in this beautiful and fragile planet of ours.
