there is myLot reset all of earning who can not reach the min payout in 1 year?

I hear some rumor that myLot will reset all of members earning who can not reach the minimum payout after 1 years since they join. I mean if we can not reach the minimum payout on this year of 2009, then our earning in 2010 will be reset in january. I hear that from older member who join this site before.
its just rumor or true?
your explanation will be helpful to me, especially for the older member who still love this site to make money and friends.

from what i can remember about the guidelines here. any one who has been inactive for three straight months. meaning no log-in at all. at least long in once a month if you don't want them o re-set your earnings.

wow the one of 10 stars visited my discussion, I think the rule that you told above is enough to clean myLot from the inactive members. then, do you believe if myLot use the next year for their reference about inactive members?

I've never heard of this before and actually this is the first time for me. But i guess if there were any truth to this, then maybe it is the admin's effort to keep all members active. after all, the minimum payout of 10 dollars is among the smallest out of any other social networking paying sites.

if it is about this supposed resetting of earnings, then i do hope you could clear it up if you know of any information, especially given that i can be considered as a new member in this site. but if it is about mylot being one of those social networking sites with the lowest payout, then i am only saying that in comparison with the other social networking sites that i know and a member of.

@ forester: ok, i value your opinion and i hope you would do mine. as with everything, there are different sides to every story and i was just evaluating it from that particular point of view (my bad). but this is a relatively new idea that i have encountered about the site and if any rule like this were to be implemented, i see no other reason for that other than what i have explained above.

ok abby, I think if this truth, the rule is too unfair, why? just look the mistywood opinion, I agree with her (I called her, based on the avatar/profile pic.lol).About the minimum payout, I agree with you, I know some of the others social networking site, and their minimum payout is higher than 10$, or at least it is same with the minimum payout of mylot.
hello mike, you seem very confident about this is just a rumor,maybe I will follow you and believe this is just a rumor. but, maybe its better to hear the others opinion.

I have never heard anything like that, and I have been a member here for three years. I think you will have to be more active, and get a better strategy to make some money, but there is no where in the FAQ or TOS that says you will be reset. What you earn is yours, you just have to earn at least ten dollars to collect it.

I think mylot will simply get rid of the excessive users who haven't logged in for some time or so, to keep the databases clean and the website up and running. If they would keep every user account that has ever joined this website, they would have some serious database issues - having almost 200k users and everything.

hmmm... your words maybe right, but we can not use the next year to be reference.
I seems that the issue is exactly rumor. but there is a member or ex member of myLot who told this to me on the other forum in my country. its make me so confused. but once again, I can't guarantee she/he is the member of myLot before, and there is a question if he/she do that :
"why she/he do that if she/he is not a member of myLot? what the advantages for him/her?"
thats why we need the explanation from the older members, even the myLot staff for clear this issue.

i don't know who is right, someone say if we don't active in here admin will reset our earning and someone say we must active in here because if we not active and some people only just make new account in here that will make database in mylot full(maybe). And i Think that right.^^
I not really know about that beacuse I'm still in here, and I think I start to enjoy in here.
beside I can have new friend maybe and I can earn some cash in here.

I didn't know about the fact your earnings will be reset if you don't log on for 3 months in a row; I guess this has happened to me when I was away for several months but I didn't pay any attention to it. It was such a long time I didn't even know what my earnings were if I still had any. I believe it's a way for mylot to weed out the people who aren't being active anymore as they take up space with profiles etc. I am not sure if they can delete you account for being inactive though.

the minumum payout is $10...you can earn that in less than a month..i guess if that happens, myLot is just trying to weed out those who are not actively participating in the site anymore.

I glad you can earn 10$ less than one month, but some people can not do that. I have some of friends who can not do that. I don't know what they problems. but If myLot want to effective their website by deleting they inactive member, I think there is not use the next year for the reference to called who is active and who is don't. because it can tricked by counted the time of their activity,like 3 month don't active will be delete is more wisdom than reference by next year.
