Have you ever met such kind of supplier?

Is it true that Supplier always try to keep a good relationship with their customer? One supplier I met in my present company are quite different. I am working as a CS in a traiding company. One of my daily work is to follow up samples, delivery, complaint with them. The person I contacted with has a very hot temper, he got impatient to every little problem. Yes, jobs sometimes are quite annoying, but to loose one's temper does not anything good. And how can a supplier being so? Do you have some similar expenience? You may want to share some suggestion to me, will you?
