You seriously think that thats the best part in the movie!? I think that is very disgusting, to each his own. I like the part when he goes off at his mothers date at the table. I hate the ending, its too sad.

I liked the basketball scene and the scene in which Sweeny asks him in prison "What you done to make your life better?" The curb stomping scene was actually sickening but it was still better than the one which I saw in a bollywood movie which was much more gruesome.

I like this film, but wouldn't say I had a 'favourite' part. I spent most of the movie with my mouth gaping open in shock. It is a stark cultural insight, and slightly horrifying to think that there really is people like that. I don't agree that the "curb stop" was "awesome". Try sickening, horrendous, brutal and quite upsetting. I'm not an easy person to shock and upset but this movie cut really close to the knuckle with me. I'm not religious in any way, shape or form, but I believe strongly in equality and good moral values. Saying that, the Neo-Nazi beliefs are the beliefs of some, and they're entitles to think what they want. I don't agree with forcing those beliefs onto other people, but I feel the same way of Jehovah's Witnesses that come to my door, or the C of E flyers that are delivered once a week. Just because they're not my beliefs, doesn't make them wrong I suppose, just different.

Well this movie is one of my all-time favorites. Though what I didn't like in it (and all the other movies about skinheads/neo-nazis) that in the end they understand that they were wrong and their beliefs were ignorant and bla-bla-bla. Though in this movie the very ending left in thought, that if the brother was killed by a black, maybe, just maybe he went back to the old ideas. If you liked this one, try seeing Romper Stomper, also a very good movie about skinheads, and a little different type of movie, but also about skinheads - Steel Toes.
