Hello. No, I don't play cards. Honestly speaking, I don't like playing cards. Instead, I would spend the time reading, books, magazines, newspapers. That's more relaxing and beneficial I would say, atleast for me any way. Yes, some of my friends play cards. They ar really very addicted to that. Well, each has his own preferences.

its the best way to cut the long tiring journey but enjoying the game and winings without wasting time. i always want to play cards on my journey but the other person travelling with me should also know the game and should know how to play it and most of the time , the person with me does not know how to play cards. So, unluckily my journey becomes boring , and the cards are still kept pack in the bags.

Yes. Everywhere I go, I carry the cards with me. To have fun in a strange place for example is the possibility to play some games with a friend.

i like to play cards depends on my mood so when it comes to traveling, it also depends on whom i'm traveling with. If i travel alone or just with 1 person then it's not interesting. When i travel with my teammates, one must bring cards so we can play in the van while on the way. We usually don't sit straight because we must face each other. For your daughter, i just agree with the chess and snakes and ladders not with the marbles because she might accidentally swallow it..^^;

Yes,I usually carry cards with me.It can be very entertaining,even if I'm not that much into playing cards.It's always better than just staring out the window,right? I especially play cards when I'm travelling by train,as you can always find a passenger to play with,even if you're alone.As for your dilemma with the best games,I'm not sure what would do.It will take some time before your daughter can play any games but that's another matter.
