Venezuela wont the title for Miss Universe for two consecutive years, congratulations to Miss Venezuela "Stefania Fernandez" for winning the crown for this year. this is the first time in Miss Universe that the reigning queen and the successor of the crown cam from the same country.
What do yu think of her as the newly crown Miss Universe?
