Question About Clixsense

Hello friends, I have just reached $10 in my Clixsense account today! It took me around 14 months to reach this amount. I think most of the ads are geo-targeted so it took me so much time to reach minimum payout. I heard that they will deduct $3 as processing fees for mailing a check to my country. I am not very happy about that but nevertheless,nothing can be done about this. I just saw this message next to my balance : "Upgrade your account to premium status using your balance now!" For those of you who know, or are Premium members already, could you please tell me whether it will be a wise decision to opt for an upgrade using my balance? What are the benefits that I might get if I upgrade? When I go to Browse ads I always see this: 'Currently there are 547 "premium-only" ads available.' Is it really true? Are so many ads available for a Premium member?!! Any help with regard to this issue will be greatly appreciated. Have a nice day.
