I also loves to eat Mango and it is my favorite fruit. They are sweet as well as good for health. A ripe mango is so sweet with a unique taste that nevertheless varies from variety to variety. Even Mango Lassi is very popular in Indian resturants abroad also. Mangos are an excellent source of vitamins A and C, and for those who are physically active, whether working out or constantly on the go, mangos are a great way to replenish that lost potassium. An average size mango can contain up to 40% of daily fiber requirements of our body. Research has shown that dietary fiber has a protective effect against degenerative diseases, especially with regards to the heart; help prevent certain types of cancer, as well as lowering blood cholesterol levels.

I love all fruit, but there is a big but it has to be in season! I love strawberries, but not the hot house kind, the in season kind. Bananas, apples, grapes, oranges, are all great for this reason, because they are not affected by the in season stigma. Peaches have to be in season, but when they are they are a piece of sunshine. Yum, nothing is better than a perfect pineapple, especially in a tropical setting. Cherries are so good, I can pop about 30 at a time. Did I mention I love fruit.

Hmm. I like all of them. sometimes I think I am addicted to fruits. LOL. When I'm in the grocery store, I just want to buy every single one of them, if I just had the money to pay for it. Though Mango is probably one on the top of my list, along with Watermelon and Melon...
