Hello guys, how sharp is your memory? For me, not at all. I need to write it or put some tag on it so I could easily remember it whenever I would like to recall it. This is my problem of thinking something good topic to be posted here but it would be so frustrating when I would recall it to finalize it, it's plop, gone like a bubbles. But sometimes after a couple of hour I could retrieve it? How about you guys do you have still a sharp memory?

Hello mobhomeir! Actually, we're the same. Sometimes, I easily remember things but most of the time, I have to write it down first to help me recall all the things that I have to remember.

HEY! Where you've been kabayan? Are you already staying abroad? It's really been a long time friend I never heard from you. Well thanks a lot for showing up again. We have one thing in common, being forgetfulness because we are already matured (not old, i disagree that)...thanks very much for responding,.....

I used to have a good memory... but then... all kids have good memories and they can remember almost everything... but as we grow older... we tend to be forgetful... and with women who give birth and opt for an epidural... the forgetfullness is more likely... So, to answer your question... i don't have a sharp memory... i tend to forget a lot of things... even friends and classmate from the past...

I guess my memory is not as sharp like before.. haha =D It has gone rusty.. hehe ^_^ IN the past, my memory is very good and i can remember certain things for long periods of time, thru constant 'training'.. hehe ^_^ BUt now, there isn't much things for me to really remember and thus my skills are lost.. hehe ^_^ PLus, the more one tried to remember or memorize, the less likely they are able to do it.. lol =D

hello there! i'd like to think that i have a sharp memory! hehehe but i guess what i have is a selective memory! yeah! because there are somethings that i can easily remembered and even if it happens so many years ago i still remember it and also i am good in remembering birth dates of my friends and family... but with other things...hmmm i also have some difficulties remembering...just like what you are saying here, sometimes topics came out to my mind but when im planning to write it down...it will be gone in my mind! huh! and also sometimes i forget some things easily, like where i put this or that...haha something like that that's why sometimes my huband gets annoyed coz im always asking him...hehehe and he will tell me that i should buy "memoplus' for good memory or eat lots of peanuts! have a nice day!

I do have a sharp memory in remembering things, but of late I have developed the idea of forgetting even the basic things so I make a list or keep a reminder in my cell phone so that I do not forget to do it.

I guess I have a pretty good memory. I can remember most things. But there are times where I have to write stuff down or record it on my cell so I don't easily forget about it. I guess you have to exercise your mind everyday so you can keep your memory sharp.

I don't. Like you I always have something good in my mind and if I do not write about it, I will forget all about it and it really frustrating. I don't like memorization because it will take me a lot effort to memorize anything. I prefer undersatnding. Currently I'm trying to remembering things that I think before I went to bed last night.

When I was younger I have a very sharp memory. I'm wondering why in my fifties seems I have a very poor memory. Am that too old to forget even the names of my old acquaintances. Sometimes, I'm talking to someone whom I don't remember the name, I even forget some terms.

After being out of work for a year my memory is gone. I forget so many things like how to spell certain words. I once went to put my cup of tea in the microwave but try to put it in the kitchen cabinet first. I can still laugh but the mind is definitely not as sharp as it was.

My memory is not so good, too. I have the habit of keeping a notebook, on it I could write the things I need to do. And I will always check it to find out what I need to do and I could manage those things in order. I want to have a sharp memory so that I could pass the exams easily. Have a nice day!

Hello Martin, Same problem with me,i don't have that sharp memory way back 10 yrs ago,one reason is that,i had undergo 3 operation, and it is a common knowledge that anesthesia had something to affect memory. I always wrote a note,i had a whiteboard at my dining area to remind me of my appointments. And also on my cellphone,i had my lifeblog to remind me too. Whew...this old age makes our memory dull...hahaha
