Does this site is a scam?

I registered at massiveptr.com but I'm not so sure if this site is legit. I've tried to search about it but I found nothing. Per read email worth $10 and per site view worth $5. It was so easy to reach the minimum payout. They also have the proof of payments. Is this a scam or what? I hope it's not.

listen.This site is good,its not a scum.here u enjoy with friends,helping each other,and get paid.Dont think u can get 200$ month.You get 20$,but u got fun :)
