In the 'pirate is not correct and legal copy is not expensive' market, what is you choice? Authentic copy without any fake is called legal copy. Mimic copies grabs the interest and fame are called pirate. It is not exaggeration that pirate trained a generation film and game fans. We all clearly know that it is not right to use priates, but we even do not want to admit the mistake which is not reasonable. The reason of why so many pirate users emerge is that on the one hand, it is related to 'poor', and what is more is that something is emerging in our hearts. It is the same when you are used to pirate, which the same as to have overlord meal. Legal copy and pirate is the contest between quality and price, and how will you make your decision?

I'm not sure if its really a contest of of quality and price, in terms of quality i guess there are no difference between a pirated and legal one, except for the physical disk. Windows installed from pirated are no different from legal one. In price? well thats a huge difference, you can even download it for free on the internet. It's just a moral issue I think. But there are choices now, since the development of open source there are lots of free OS and Software you can choose, although the choices are quite narrow, but its just a matter of time before the'll be equal in number.

i have to agree that the pirated is better for those of us who are not multimillionaires, if you really think about it there are really over 100,000 pirates (1 site has 1 million users) and the companies owning the original still to this day have not suffered any real huge loss of any sort so it seems at the moment there is no threat to the originals. i personally cannot afford 400 bucks for a bunch of code and pictures that make an electronic box do something, thats nearly enough to pay for a cheap car (im buying a truck for 200 dollars more than that and yes most original software runs a price of this much i have seen over 400 programs reaching this much and even higher prices including a few exceeding 10 grand which is crazy for a bunch of pictures and code yet somehow the companies continue to sell them and profit insanely in spite of the fact there are so many pirates i mean think of how many people pirate stuff from sony and microsoft yet these companies still continue to profit in larger margins than many car companies do so there is no real threat to the originals which is plainly obvious so i do somewhat support the pirates as long as they keep thier numbers like they have for as long as pirating has been around (they exceed millions in numbers im sure) and besides if the freeware communities werent shunned by the companies obsessed with profit there wouldnt be pirates XD the only reason pirates are around is because of the dollar and something per song not even on a cd, the freeware community software lacking majorly due to lack of professional top of the line support, and the price of other digital products not even on a cd exceeding the price of a car, i think its obvious why so many pirates are around, think about it the company only spends about the manufacturing cost of a large resturaunt, sells the product for the price of a plasma screen tv, and gains nearly 300 in profit for a 350 dollar product that can only do a few things and requires you to buy more 400+ dollar matirials to do anything of any real value, its insane that any1 would have the money to blow on such stuff in the first place let alone do it again and somehow they do i barely am able to afford a 600 dollar pickup XD

I prefer a pirated copy because for the common reason of the originals too expensive for a middleman. I don't feel anything wrong as long as the original companies does not go on loss. The companies will be anyhow making profits so we buying pirated verion does not seems to be that bad idea & moreover thinking form I,me, myself point, I look for my pockets to stay healthy.

When I am pirating I am generally on a boat with a parrot. LOL but actually I don't download illegally.
