Instant downloads, cheap items, copy scripts?

While I was surfing in the internet I have come across to this site, Tradebit Inc. This is a site which offers instant downloads. Curious as I was, I have tried buying some of the items offered in the site. I have downloaded some music files. They have almost everything. They too have some scripts and to a new webmaster like me, I found it interesting but one thing I've noticed is that most of the scripts offered there was in REAL CHEAP Prices making me think they are copies? I have tried buying one and was not very happy with it. Damaged file. I tried asking for refund but Tradebit did not mind to answer my query and the guy where the script came from just promised me for support but it was already a month ago. I felt like I was robbed. What a very disappointing experience. So I stop going to that site anymore.. waste of money. Big gamble. I'd rather go to "regular-priced" item than to risk a few dollars. Lessons learned. Any opinion? Or any experiences from this site or any site of the same kind?
