I knew this site long time ago. The problem is, I should know if this site accepting the international members or not. And I need to know how I would be able to get paid in this site.
It is said that I would be paid if my article is used by other people, but I don't know whether this site would pay me if my article isn't being read by other people, right? SO if my article is not useful for people or no one read my article, so I wouldn't get paid, is that what it means?

First way, is when people read,view or listen to your high quality content.
Second way,you get paid by responding(read,view or listen) to your three-teir friends(your friends,your friend's friend and your friend's friend's friend).
