i just want to know how i have to earn money in this........n how will i select my interest.......do i have to make friends in this then only i will get my money....

You will get paid for starting discussions and also for responding to discussions. Its not neccessary to include interests. I don't think one gets payment for making friends.
You should read FAQ, guidelines etc which appears at the bottom of the page. It will help you understand the rules and earning method.
