Reducing weight?

Can Any one suggest how to reduce weight or loose weight. It has been a problem for my friend because he is trying to reduce his tummy( stomach) from past six months by going to Gym and doing exercises.. If anyone comes up with a good idea then please let me know. it will be helpful for lots of people to live a good life..

Alot of people will always try those unhealthy things like protein shakes and some stupid medicine or bars to loose weight. They don't help, and if they do help, it is wrecking up the rest of your body. The best thing to do is keep a healthy diet and continue with the Gym and doing exercising and always drinking lots of water. Remember though, he should never over do it!

Hello friend I think the best,easiest and cheapest ways to reduce weight are: 1)Go for morning and evening walk regularly(i.e 1hour in morning and one hour in the evening. 2)Eat at regular intervals. 3)Instead of eating big meals eat meals in small quantities. 4)Drink plenty of warm water. 5)Sleep well. 6)Avoid fast foods like pizzas,burgers and oily foods also. 7)Don't drink too much of soft drinks like pepsi and colas 8)Do some yoga. 9)Last but not the least be happy and tension free.

Hi Sweety i would like to comment on the last point u suggested... being happy & tension free is the biggest reason to become fat... ( suggested by my friend)

to lose the extra fat of the body one must follow a few imporatant things: 1. in the oring when the stomach is empty, have a glass of warm water with a fresh lime juice. (no need to add sugar or salt but one can add honey if it is neded) 2. morning time is best for exercise, so make it a routine to exercise in the morning. 3. cut down on the the fatty and junk food. eat gren leafy vegetables, avoid junk food, drink a glass of milk regularly, drink lots of water and don't skip meals in any condition, breakfast is most important. 4. avoid sleeping in the day time after lunch. don't lie on the bed after any of your meals. 4. try some yoga; 'kalapbharti' is one way by which a person can shed the stomach fat. note: before starting nay exercise consult your doctor.

hey there. I would not suggest going on any type of fad diet they may look appealing and they weight may drop off to start with but there are serious health risks with things such as the Atkins diet. In the long run the best way to lose weight is a change the lifestyle. Eat a healthy balanced diet, not excluding fats completley. Look to reduce the saturated fat content and eat the helthier fats that you find in fish for example. Eat smaller amounts of food more often rather than 3 big meals a day. Drink plenty of water and undertake regular aerobic exercise at least 30 mins 5 days a week. Sounds like your friend is going about thing the right way.

Hey there,there are some tips that may be useful: *start with a weight loss plan and goal *eat more vegetables and salads instead of macaroni and cheese,french fries *choose lean meats such as chicken or fish which are low in fat *exercising regularly and increse your activity levels gradually *be patient and confident.

Today from a magazine,I see a special way to lose weight,but I think it's really difficult to do that.It suggest to do some math problems everyday.According to its sayings,when you are thinking deep, you will use up more energy than usually,and the best way to make someone think it to do the math problems.However,I don't think it will help.If your friend would like to have a try,I guess it will save money for him and practice his brain as well as his body while he go to gym and do exercises. beeduzhe

You should control your foods first. There's no exercises will succefully reducing your weight if you can't control your foods. I found many people who keep exercising on Gym and said they want to reduce some weight. But after they finish their exercises, they go to restaurant and ate many delicious and fatty foods. And of course, their exercises become useless. No fat will be burned from their body because when a number of fats were burned, they added new fats to their body, and even more much then the burned fats. You can start by having green tea. Green tea is believed as a good fat burner. You can also control your cholesterol by having oats everyday. Green tea also has many antioxidant which is very useful for our health. But if your over weight is because of genetical effect, then i think it would be hard for you to reducing your weight. If your parents is over weight as well as you, then it means you got genetical over weight. In this cases, no need to worry. All you must do is only keep control on your foods and living as usual. Sometimes a genetical over weight will got sick when they force theirselves to reducing weight. So, it's bad for such people. Good luck and have a nice day. Happy mylotting.
