Site that allows you to send text message

Is there such site that allows you to send text message. during my working hours, were not allowed to use our phone however we could access the net. There are also sites that are not allowed like yahomail,gmail, etc. but im glad not mylot. I would like to know if anybody could point me to the right site where it is possible for me to send text message. I would be very happy.Thanks in advance

Yes friend there are many sites which provide you this facility. It depends in which locality you are. I am a resident of India and i am able to send free text sms from the sites called www.160by2.com www.gupshup.com Let me know your locality so as to guide you better. Or else the best option that i can give you is send from yahoo messenger but there is limit of sending sms from it.
