The first thing one can do to avoid doctor is take some good and useful diet backed by a regular exercise.Dont rely on fast foods particularly burgers and pizzas but occasional intake of them would not affect one's health. Exercise need not be tough ones.Simple morning walk and meditation would do it. A well deserved sleep of minimum of 5-6 hrs is essential. All this will not only help you to improve your physical fitness but also makes you tough to confront any unexpected situation.. So guys try this.. ve great time..
