How do you view pasifism?

Are you speaking about pacifism? (the belief that disputes among nations and countries can be settled peacefully) I believe this is possible, but sadly most leaders decide to go the ego trip way and decide to go to war instead of settling disputes peacefully or to "agree, to disagree". We dont all have to live the same way and do the same things and have the same opinions. This is what makes us all so unique.
