What are the tags for at the bottom of the topics?

You send in a discussion or when you participate in a discussion, it is related to one topic (category) or the other. For example, the discussion is related to children's health, then you can put children's health/or child's health in the tab column. Next time when somebody else post a discussion pertaining to child's health, related discussions also appear on the same page. This definitely facilitates for participants to post the discussions.
