I Have 2 Paypal Accounts .. Both Have Around 100 Dollars .. Can I Combine these Two Accounts And With-Draw .. Do Let me Know Relevant Responses Will Be Appreciated ..

Hi,
I think you can transfer the amount from one paypal account to another and then withdraw from one account.
I have 2 paypal accounts too. My email address is different from my paypal address. However some sites deposited the money into my email address. So I created a paypal account with that email address and transferred the funds to another main account.
However it was asking for a debit card or credit card many times. After trying different options I could transfer the amount.

As far as I know, all you can do is send the money from one account to the other, and there will be a fee for doing so, and then withdraw the money that way. I am in the same situation, because I bank in a number of foreign countries, and have PayPal set up so I can send money to myself in different countries.
