How do you solve losing sleep?

Is someone here often insomnia recently? How do you solve this problem? These days I always couldn't have a good sleep,has not fallen asleep frequently to 4:00 am. I was tired ,but couldn't fall asleep. And I felt so bad in daytime. Do you have a good way to solve this problem?

This is really bad. I suggested that before you may sleep, listen to the classical music or read something you enough ,after letting your body and mind relaxes, like this be helpful to the sleep. Hope you have good sleep tonight.

As you might know or perhaps not I am a fan of Paul Mckenna his hypnotising cds are great. I'd suggest you go to his site, check the cd I mean and download it on the internet. ( I oppose paying for stuff you can find on the internet)
