So im having some trouble

Every time i seem to try and help my boyfriend with something i seem to either make it 10 times worse or actually end up hurting him. What should i do. He said he just doesn't want my help anymore. and im just trying to be a good girlfriend but seems like I just screw up everything more. I might actually take his advice and just stay away even when i want to help him. I don't wanna mess anything up again
