There's some sites that give you rewards for listening to music and one of the awards is $20 in Amazon vouchers. You could also try Mechanical Turk, IPSOS surveys, a lot of survey sites and cashback sites if you are in the UK offer Amazon vouchers. Dooyoo,an opinion site also pays in vouchers.

If you don't mind opening up emails and purchasing things through a specific website i would try using Mypoints i use this site on a regular basis to try and earn points for certain gift cars. If you do what their emails say to do when they email them to you you can earn points toward getting gift cards to certain places. Yes! I am a member of two sites that I myself have actually earned amazon gift cards on before. And you can earn e-gift cards so the code is emailed right to you. Those two sites are Opinion Outpost, which is a survey site. And Swagbucks which pays you to search. It's a search engine.
