Walking is great exercise.

Walking is great exercise and lots of fun. Take a walk for at least a half hour a few times a week and you'll feel fantastic. It's invigorating. Also, you can see other people walking and make friends. I enjoy walking and it helps keep me active and alert. Go ahead and try it.

Yeah, I wanna get back into shape. I used to walk on the treadmill for 40 minutes every day and I want to get that habit back again. I also want to got back to doing sit ups! I really want to tone up, so I am also thinking about working out, though I have no idea where to start, or if there are other alternatives I might enjoy more.
