Learn from failures or successes.

A football coach once said," we learn almost nothing in victory , but we learn much in defeat." Do u agree or disagree. In your life, have u learned most from failures or successes? Please discuss.

For some reason - I just don't agree with that football coach. I mean you learn a lot too in victory. You learn what works - and what works efficiently. The downside of course - if that once what works doesn't work anymore, then you will be defeated. So I guess you're gonna have to re-learn.
I've learned a lot from both my failures and my successes. I don't think it's a one way street. I think it's a circle - what happens in one affects the other.

Dear friend , u are right. When u get success u feel encouraged to do more hard work and it affects alot whereas sometimes if u failed u loose your hopes and stop everything. It depends on how u take it. Depends from person to person. Thanx for response.
