Majority of our teenagers nowadays have their own cell phones, it was under parents' responsibility to take care of the bills. So, if you are a parent, you should also educate your children, or warn them about the "off deck" charges on those cell phone services. "Off deck" is those charges that claim to be "joke of the day", "Free download games", "download ringtones", etc........ Some cell phone companies can make big bucks from the service that provide to our teenagers, because parents who are the one taking care of the bills and taking their responsibility. So, if you aware any of charges similar to this, call your service provider right away, and cancel all of those features. Just trying to save some money for something you don't want.

Hey, Yes this is important because as you said before, the parents are left to pay all the bills, when it wasn't even the parents fault. Yea most companies make millions just by luring in teenagers to download subscription based games or ring tones. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

Well, I mentioned it because it was a truth. Many of these mobile services really makes million of dollars from the ignorant teens. They just keep on charging, until the person who responsible for the bills to call to stop all these nonsenses.
