I been planning to purchase LCD screen for desktop. Seems my CRT is a bit big and I need to have space. But I would like to ask if LCD nowadays is crispier than those with CRT monitors? What is you're experience with LCD?

if i were you, i would buy an LCD. Once you use it regularly you will wonder how you ever used an old CRT. Find a widescreen monitor with a 16:10 ratio.

Honestly, good CRT monitors are crisper than LCD. Overall, htey are better: have higher endurance, more contrast etc. But they're big, heavy and more power consuming in comparison to LCD monitors. I don't even know if anyone manufactures new CRT monitors nowadays. Well, you can always search for some used one.
