Wearing spectacles spoils my image,do you agree!!!

Spectacles are worn by me for almost 5 long years,I have the short-sight or you can say myopia.This had at times made me feel very sad that,why can't I read or write with normal naked eyes.
During your whole life one has be with the specs there can be laser treatments done or contact lenses but they are much difficult to cope up with.The treatment may make us completely blind too,there's 0.001% of risk and what if I am the unlucky person.
During the complete life this disease will keep on increasing thus the thickness of the lens also increase,creating havoc in the end.
Comment on this,why spectacles to us only.Write your opinions too.

Well avani ,I guess when one himself/herself has the spectacles then there is different scenario all together.Its fantasy I guess when one doesn't have spectacles and even might want to wear them,to look different.I had this frame of mind that before wearing spectacles when I could actually see well,I wanted to wear the stylish and attractive frames with shades that even come with power glasses and so my wish was satisfied after a little time or so,and now I want to get rid of them.
Good to hear that your sisters have no problem wearing them and you look at people with spectacles.

I think with some of the glasses one can get these days they can be very flattering, so long as you pick glasses that suit you I think they can look very nice.

The frames and lenses of our spectacles must suit us as you say,this would also be a main factor behind our attitude with spectacles on our eyes.
