Trust me or not: Best PTC site, But are you going to....

I have recently joined Neobux which is considered to be the best PTC site by most of the online earning members I had met so far. I had visited the site and signed to my account. But, after signing in and browsing for the ads to be surfed by me, I was puzzled. I had clicked the ad and then a red button appeared. On clicking that button, a new window opened up. But, after a long wait, nothing happened. Is this the way to go for clicking ads at neobux too? I am new and not sure whether I am heading the right way or not. What I need to do to get credits to my account? I have joined the site for free and yesterday got 4 ads to surf but could not get a single penny to my credit after surfing two of the ads. Anyway, your suggestions will be appreciated.
