How long do u excercise daily?

Exercising is a good way to keepup the health. Daily excercises will keep u in good shape and size. You will feel better emotionally also. Exercise daily and have great day and great life.Give me your answers.

I do a daily 30 minutes of exercise. A good walk or jog is enough for me for a cardio exercise.

I only do stretching on weekdays but I do work out on the weekends. I play soccer 1-2hours and sweat all the toxins in my body. I feel refreshed after a game. Although i feel tired but this makes me also to have a goodnight sleep. It's also my way of maintaining my good stamina and resistance so I don't usually get sick. Eating a proper diet (like veggies and fruits) also is essential to sustain our body's nutritional needs to keep us going and active.^^;

I exercise about about a hour a day :) working out. I've lost about 15 this last month. Its not a easy thing because i had to cut back on all my food i eat. I eat a lot of veggies and fruit and not junk food at all :)
