Is a lack of general hand washing just a symptom of Utah or does this happen in other states?

Hello Silran, you seem to have a specific problem that you are not mentioning. Would you care to elaborate? The post you made was a stereotypical comment about a group of people, however you haven't provided any arguments as to why we should believe that it is actually a fact. In contrast, perhaps you are merely trying to annoy people or gain attention using a less than appropriate statement. If this is the case, I expect nobody but me will be responding. Have a great day.

Not really, unless you consider a general lack of uncleanliness to be a problem. I honestly want to know,I mean I grew up in California and hand washing is pretty common there, common enough that when my ex-wife and I moved to Salt Lake in 1992, we both immediately notice the lack of hand washing up at the University of Utah. This hasn't decreased by any means. At the bar that I worked at for 8 years in Salt Lake, hardly any hand washing from both men and women that are not employees there. The CEO of the video game company never washed his hands after using the restroom, and it was common knowledge in the office. The CEO, the man who shakes hands with execs to sign deals for more game projects for us to work on, does NOT wash his hands. He is also a Utahn, notice I didn't say Mormom, because that is not who I am targeting. I have close friends who I know don't wash their hands, it's disgusting and I put up with it when at their home. I'm not saying all Utahns are like this, but a fair amount, my standard practice which I picked up from working at the bar, is to wash my hands and with the same paper towel I dry my hands with open the bathroom door so as to not cross contaminate. I hope that answers your response? I don't know if you'll even respond back, but I felt it was important to answer you.
