I would suggest that it really isn't a good idea. Ex's are ex's for a reason. Even if you do manage to persuade them back, it is almost certain you will be right back where you started again with them being an ex again. Especialy if you have not fixxed the problems you guys had that caused the break up in the first place. If you have to persuade them, they really don't want to be there.
