What can I do to let go of my anger?

We cant avoid others to ruin our mood. and we can't just hit them back. normally i punch my pillow if im in bed. be tired like go out walk and walk till i get tired and you cannot think but to rest and sleep. if im at work i just take a break for a few minutes, go to the toilet, wash my face, buy some cold drinks take a deep breath and smile then return to work like nothing happen. though some smoke and drinks but i dont.

When I feel that I get angry, I usually try to go into a private room, do something else, if I can, and cool down. It usually helps me to cool down. This works for me, but not necessarily for everyone. I think that we should all figure out what helps us cool down and not get angry.
