Okay so for dinner today I am trying out a new dish, I am not pulling it from the internet like I normally do though. Today I thought I would try to make my very own dish, something that no one else has made before, and if they have they have probably done the same thing I am doing. Do you ever make your own recipies? Do they ever turn out the way that you want? Do you like experimenting with your cooking? What is your favorite dish to make? What is your least favorite dish to make?

I tend to just modify recipes to my tastes most of the time, but I have come up with my own ideas from time to time. I used to make fried Ramen when I was in high school, which all of my friends absolutely loved. Another favorite, which is one that I modified, is dill chicken with gorgonzola cream sauce. My Uncle made a salmon with that sauce one time in the past, and I was having dinner with my family members, a few of which don't like salmon, so I just changed the recipe from fish to chicken and everyone loved it!

we tend to eat a lot of chicken. we make chicken quesedias, chicken stir fry, home made chicken soup, chicken parmesean, and what not. my hubby is the best cook. he made cheese sauce for fettucene alfredo from scratch!
