is it the food that makes us fat or our laziness?

I have noticed a lots of people becoming conscious of their weight. They change their diet by cutting down on eating, starving themselves and wat not. The fact is that many of us don workout even for half an hour in a day. Wen it comes to excercising we have plenty of excuses to hide our laziness.. its high time to educate all these weight conscious fools abt healthy food habits and regular workouts before they kill themselves. i mean the last one wants is to die becoz of over weight...For God Sake!!

I think it is both food and lack of exercise that makes us fat. If someone wants to lose weight, to lose weight the quickest and healthiest way they need to both eat healthily (cut out fatty foods and cut down portion sizes) but they also need to get off their bums and exercise. There isn't one overweight person in the world that wouldn't be able to lose weight by following these basic rules.

well said becky01. u exactly rght. healthy food habits and a little time spent on working out daily, definitely keeps a person fit and there is no question of becoming overweight then. and wat the hell? there is nothing impossible in this world.

Food is the major factor that makes people over weight or obesity. Even if you are having too much food, one has to ensure that they are making regular exercise. As far as I'm concerned, I never think about overweight as I prefer to have food as per my wish. My body seems to be never gaining any overweight & its always in a good shape
