i watched a small section of haarry potter movie the other day and was surprised to be reminded of those old stories i used to hear when i was in my kindergaten school about those wizards who used to fly in brooms and would appear and disappear at the slight wave of a magic stick?
have you watched this movies and do they remind you of anything?

when i saw the movies and read the books, the jist of the story gave me an impression that its the same story we used to hear during kindergarten days.
A bad man, very powerful... his life is sealed in some external things, they need to be destroyed in order to kill the bad man...
etc etc..
but yes... the way JK Rowling has put all things and detailed the things, its definitely worth praising.

yes, the flying on the broom was an expected thing for a wizard to do, but in harry porter there are many such things which i have never expected in life, the ideas of the writer is very unique and good.
She truely deserves to be the best and i thank her for gining us such a graet character...harry and gave us the introduction of his magic world.
