What makes the most healthy break fast. Its known fact that break fast is the most important meal of the day and so its very important to start the day with the best break fast .........to have a successfull day.

You are so right that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and i make breakfast my biggest meal of the day. I usually have oatmeal or grits with some fruit in it. some kind of eggs. I love bacon even though it is not very healthy. and i don't have any potatoes because they are not good for me with my diabetes.

I agree with Bethany. You can also have any of your favorite light staple made without white flour. What ever you eat, however, make sure you start or finish breakfast with a glass of water!

I would think a healthy breakfast would be low-fat and high energy, such as whole grain pancakes and fruit, or oatmeal and fruit, for instance. It gives you plenty of fuel and nutrients to start the day off right.
