Marketers use Surveys To learn costumers Preferences, To Save Time& Money ,many companies are turning to Online . they are conducting Online Or through Emails. Some Websites like My survey & E -Rewards Host these Surveys . The members/consumers Who Take these Surveys Either Get ReWards, points or discount Coupons. Many Companies have Stopped Phone Surveys and Snail Mail Type of surveys and Are Using only online Surveys Over the INTERNET. Thus These Surveys Really Improve The Needs of Final Consumes Of Products? Please Give Your Openion

I don't think they simply rely on these opinions about their products.Each company has a large number of quality testing procedures and people who test the products and give their reviews about the product but they do the online surveys to weigh the reviews given by their experts and people using them and I don't think they vary and I think It takes a very long list of applications and suggestions for a company to make a change in its products and these surveys are a small bit in it
